Guerrieri: Spumante Bianco Extra Dry

Spumante Bianco Extra Dry is a fruity, fresh and elegant Italian sparkling wine made of the local grape variety Bianchello. The wine has a bright lemon color and delicate aromas of white flowers, apples and flavors of citrus and pears. It has a high concentration of small bubbles that create a lovely, fine mousse. This Spumante is the perfect aperitif a hot summer day and can be enjoyed at dinner paired with seafood, Asian food, tapas or even a light, fruity desserts.

The wine comes from the Guerrieri Family Vineyard, a proud family of wine producers in the Marche region on the east coast of central Italy, close to the charming city of Pesaro. The family has produced wine, olive oil, cereal, pasta and honey for 6 generations since 1800. The Guerrieri motto is to produce wine with great respect for nature and the environment, working with sustainable production manifested by only using vegetal nitrogen fertilization and planting cover crops between the rows of vine. They are also proud to be fully self-sufficient in clean energy from their own solar panels.
